All prices are in US$ based on double occupancy, except for categories II, GG and C, which are specially priced single/sole occupant cabins. Single cabins are limited and the rates shown for single occupancy are capacity controlled. There is a supplement of 50% (75% for cabins and suites on the Promenade and Bridge decks) to the published double occupancy rates for regular cabins when used for sole occupancy and is also subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND FEES - Port charges are currently $275 additional, per person. Government taxes and fees are currently $41.60 additional for the cruise. Port charges and Government taxes and fees are subject to change.

SUPPLY IS LIMITED - The number of available cabins is limited and is subject to prior sale. All cabins are sold on a first come first served basis.

AIR DETAILS - The Cruise, Tour and Air price includes free round trip air from 12 Eastern US and Canadian cities. There is an air add-on charge of $99 for 8 Central US cities and a $199 add on for six Western US cities. Air taxes, airport facilities charges and security taxes are additional and vary by airport. They, typically, are in the range of $150 to $200 per person and are subject to change. There is currently an additional $160 per person fuel surcharge and this charge is subject to change. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS - There is a $500 per person, deposit required to secure your reservation. Your deposit must be received by the cruise line within 3 days of booking or it is subject to cancellation. A second deposit of $500 per person, per cruise is required 120 days prior to the scheduled sailing date. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to sailing, together with passport details and dining room requests. American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and personal checks are accepted for deposits and final payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY - A full refund will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the company at least 120 days prior to the scheduled sailing date. Passengers who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical reasons, are subject to the following cancellation fees per person:

• 119-90 days $500
• 89-60 days $1,000
• 59-30 days 25% of the fare*
• 29-15 days 50% of the fare*
• 14 days or less, or no-show 100% of the fare*

INSURANCE DEATILS - Comprehensive Travel Protection insurance is available for this program and is highly recommended. We recommend the TravelEX TraveLite policy to most people. You will be sent a brochure for this program with your initial confirmation.
