Reservation Request Form
Making a reservation is a simple two step process.
Step one - Once you've decided the details of the vacation you wish to reserve simply complete this form and click on the "submit" button. If any of the required information is incorrect or missing, you will be prompted to correct the error. Once you've made the corrections submit the request again.
We will process your reservation request with the cruise line or tour operator. When we have their confirmation in hand (usually 24 hours or less except on weekends and holidays) we will email a confirmation to you for your review. It will confirm your space and/or cabin number and will provide you with a complete breakdown of all costs, terms and conditions. Unless otherwise noted, You will have 48 hours to review the confirmation and make the required deposit.
Step two - If all is in order and you wish to proceed you will need to make the required deposit. You may call in (888-412-5317) or simply FAX (760-446-0049) your credit details in and you're set. If you wish to pay by check you must call in to advise us of this so that we may contact the cruise line or tour operator to request an extension of the option period to allow for the mails.

If calling from outside the US call +1 760 556 0050 give your your call back number and we'll call you back. We're here Monday though Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific time, which is 3 hours behind the Eastern US and 8 hours behind GMT. The best time to call from the eastern US is late morning's and afternoons. Best time to call from the UK & Europe is late afternoons and evenings. If calling from Asia or Australia it's best to call either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
